She is passionate about the food and agriculture industries and has pursued a dynamic career with experiences ranging from agricultural production to consumer products and spanning many geographies. Monica graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University where she majored in Applied Economics and Management with a specialization in Agricultural and Applied Economics. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
David Maloni is the Principal of Datum FS, a foodservice supply chain consultancy featuring his three decades of experience working with the majority of the top 500 restaurant brands. Datum FS assists companies with commodity forecasts, market baskets and supply chain data management best practices.
Callie McAdams is an experienced economist and agriculturalist, and the founder of Vibranteco, an agricultural and food policy and strategy consulting firm. She previously served as a Senior Economist in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of the Chief Economist, as Deputy Chief Economist for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture, and as a Senior Consultant at Informa Economics (now a part of S&P Global).
